Afterall, they are privileged to the best-of-the best in everything, and vacations are no exception. An amazing location, five-star retreats, impeccable service, and privacy are always a celebrity must have. Here’s a few celeb favorite locations and accommodations… the absolute epitome of luxury!

Why: Because of its short flight from LA, Cabo has become the perfect destination for relaxation at secluded resorts.

Where: For luxury and pampering, Las Ventanas al Paraiso is one Cabo resort where celebs, including Jennifer Lopez, love to relax. It has been featured on the Conde Nast Gold List and Travel + Leisure World’s Best Hotels.
The One & Only Palmilla is another luxury resort in Cabo. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have stayed here. It has earned numerous accolades, including the Travel + Leisure #1 Mexico Resort for World’s Best Service and The Best Resorts in the World
Esperanza is a star favorite with private residences, ocean views, private pools, butlers, and private chefs to accommodate every celebrity wish. It’s been featured on the Travel + Leisure – World’s Top 50 Hotels and the Best in Mexico 2010 #1 Resort. LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian honeymooned here, and Gweneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have visited as well.
LAKE COMO, ITALY
Why? The picturesque lake is surrounded by the alps and seaside villas.

Where? Private mansions and villas are a celebrity tradition here. George Clooney owns a home. Villa d’Este is another star-worthy option. It was rated on the Robb Report 2012 Best Resorts and The Telegraph Favorite Hotel Worldwide.
TURKS & CAICOS
Why? Parrot Cay is a private island offering celebrities seclusion and privacy.
Who? Bruce Willis, Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Alex Rodriguez, Jerry Seinfeld, Ben Affleck & Jennifer Garner, Christie Brinkley, Donna Karan, Taylor Swift
Where? Parrot Cay Private Island has only 56 rooms and eight private homes. It offers an award-winning holistic spa, gourmet cuisine, beach houses with private pools, and butler service.
MUSTIQUE, WEST INDIES
Why? Exclusivity- Few have been able to visit Mustique except homeowners and their guests. Owned by the Mustique Company, the island is strictly enforced. There are no cars, and all planes require pre-approval to land.
Who? Mick Jagger, Bill Gates, Queen Elizabeth II, Tommy Hilfiger, Shania Twain, the Middleton Family, Prince William & The Duchess of Cambridge
Where? There is only one luxury hotel, but recently rental villas have become available (so now’s our chance to visit!). Kate Middleton & Prince William stayed at the Aurora House.
NECKER ISLAND- British Virgin Islands
Why? Exclusivity yet again… Necker Island is Sir Richard Branson’s private island retreat. Any request you can imagine can be met by the staff.
Who? Oprah Winfrey, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Steven Spielberg. In 2011, Kate Winslet helped save Branson’s mother when a fire destroyed the resort’s Great House.
Where? The eight room Great House is scheduled to be rebuilt by the end of 2012. In the meantime, six Balinese houses, Sir Richard Branson’s private home Temple House, and a separate room called the Love Temple are available for accommodation. A luxury four cabin catamaran is also available. The island has three-person aero submarines, power boats, sailboats, and a floating trampoline.
